First the file is rewritten without any loss. If it is still too big, the pages are redrawn as images at decreasing quality until the PDF fits under 300 KB.
- Choose the PDF.
- The limit is already set to 300 KB - change it if your portal says otherwise.
- Press Compress PDF and download.
Who asks for 300 KB
A 300 KB limit is typical for experience letters, degree certificates and multi-page ID proofs on job and university portals. Up to about five scanned pages fit with readable text.
