How to make a PDF under 100 KB
First the file is rewritten without any loss. If it is still too big, the pages are redrawn as images at decreasing quality until the PDF fits under 100 KB.
- Choose the PDF.
- The limit is already set to 100 KB - change it if your portal says otherwise.
- Press Compress PDF and download.
If it still does not fit
Long scanned documents may not fit in 100 KB however strongly they are compressed. Remove pages you do not need with Remove pages, or split the PDF and upload the parts separately.

Will the text still be readable at 100 KB?
For one or two pages, yes. Longer documents at 100 KB become soft; check the result before uploading.
Can I still select the text?
Only if the lossless step was enough. When pages are redrawn as images, the text is no longer selectable.
