Features

  • Works with PDF statements (also scanned), CSV and Excel exports.
  • Sorts payments into 17 categories with keyword rules for shops, apps and services worldwide.
  • Monthly money in vs money out chart and a category chart.
  • Top places you pay, with one-click re-categorising that is remembered on your device.
  • Excel report: transactions, by category, by month, by merchant and recurring charges.

How to use it

Download your statement from net banking (PDF or CSV) and choose it here. PDFs are read with the same engine as our PDF to Excel tool; scanned pages are read with OCR.

Check the categories. If a shop is in the wrong place, change it once - every payment to that shop moves and the choice is saved in your browser for next time.

Download the Excel report to keep or share.

Questions

Is it safe to use my bank statement here?

Yes. The statement is read inside your browser; it is never uploaded or stored on a server, and there is no account.

How accurate are the categories?

They come from keyword rules (for example "Swiggy" or "Uber Eats" → Food), so most payments land correctly but some will not - especially person-to-person transfers. You can fix any of them.

Which banks work?

Any bank whose statement has a table with dates and amounts. If yours is not read well, convert it with PDF to Excel first and use the CSV here.

Is this financial advice?

No - it is a summary of your own statement to help you see where money goes.

Is it free?

Yes - free and unlimited, with no sign-up and no watermark.
