Questions

How does it decide?

It uses a list of a few hundred English words with positive or negative weight, adjusted for negation ("not happy") and boosters ("very happy"). This is the same idea as classic lexicon tools such as VADER, kept small so it runs instantly.

Is it as accurate as an AI model?

No. It is quick, private and right for most plain reviews, but it can miss sarcasm, slang and mixed opinions. Read the lines that matter most yourself.

Which languages work?

English. Words in other languages are ignored.

Is my data uploaded?

No. Customer feedback often contains names and emails - here it never leaves your browser.

Is it free?

Yes - free and unlimited, with no sign-up and no watermark.
