Is Tamil OCR accurate?
On clear printed Tamil text, yes. Old prints, small fonts and decorative letters are harder - check important words against the picture.
Can I convert a Tamil PDF to text?
Yes - use PDF to Text and choose the language; scanned pages are read with OCR.
